When we (dad, sis and me) was on the way to the airport, there saw a HUGE traffic jam right at the entrance of the airport area. A whole lot of cars and there was police too. I thought there was an accident, but none then i thought it was the celebs going back to USA...yes..the celebs...
Flash Back: I can't believe it! I missed my only chance! My wish came true but i wasn't there to recieve it!! Why?!? Why?!?! Why?!?! Must it happen before i return to Brunei?!?! *sigh* Ok, Drake Bell and Pamela Anderson came to Brunei on a special request from the royal family.
Ok having Drake Bell to come to Brunei was my wish since i first watched the first episode of Drake & Josh series on Nickelodeon. And now that he came to Brunei, i wasn't there!!!! Why?!? Why pick such a date to arrive. I was uberly shocked when i returned to Brunei from the Japan trip (will post out soon), I was like "WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?? DRAKE BELL?!??! WHEN??!!!!" of course i was excited. but he arrived so early for me. I was down with regrets about the trip, soon i forget about it but there was a video on youtube..... here it is------>>
The green border defines the envy i had to those who get to meet him. Oh i envy you guys so much.
Back To Reality:
But i wasn't that too, i heard Pam went back already, maybe so as Drake and the others too. So it was "not a chance moment". I don't know why the heck the parking space was full! We went off and met the aunties and uncles, cousins and Grandpa (Nini). All there, gave salam and a little chat here and there. When i turned around, there was a UBER HUGE crowd! I mean the airport is filled with families! And i came to notice the one that was with a passport in their hands were the young students that was going overseas to study. There were a lot!! Really! So it looks like my cousin is not alone, i guess most of the students there was on their way to UK or some place else.
We said our goodbyes and tears shed, my cousin is going to be away for 3 years, so there,i wish her good luck throughout the whole journey of hers.
To tell the truth, i was kinda felt jealous that she's on her way to UK to further her studies, i wanna be like that to. But if i do (Amin~!) i'll have to study hard and leave Brunei with a heavy heart. It's not easy to leave for 3 years. But i guess that's the consequences if you are aiming for a good future.
