Yes Star Trek, you might think this blog have been hacked by some Trekkie. But no. Yes it's me, Yasmin here and yes this blog is dedicated to Star Trek. The one i'm starting to develop an interest to.


Some people labeled people who watch or a fan of Star Trek a "geek", but no readers. We have a term for people who watch or a fan of the Enterprise. It's called "TREKKIE"


Though Star Trek enthusiasts preferred Trekker, other preferred Trekkie. The original Spock, Leonard Nimoy once attempt to set things right with the different terms and that the correct term was Trekker. 


A documentary i watched on TV about the terms Trekkie and Trekker, what do they mean for the fans. Some stated that Trekker are the ones "walking with us", while Trekkies are the ones that simply sits and watch Star Trek.


Gene Roddenberry (R.I.P) the creator of the Star Trek went to a convention and used the term "Trekkies", a fan then stood up from the crowd and shouted to correct him that it was " Trekker". Gene replied "No, it's Trekkies. I should know - i invented the thing" Well, that's so true, he is the creator of Star Trek and who was that fan that stood up had to go against him, the fan is just a fan not Gene. Oh well..in that case i would rather choose the term Trekkie.





I've been planning to get the episode series and watch it during my free time. Problem is, i can't find the full series. I don't want to download it from the internet, it'll just cause problems with the computer so it's a no fun. I want to watch it so bad! Maybe i can learn to speak Klingon....


I knew the new Spock seems so familiar and..ehem..cute =P And then i Googled...and that's him in real life with the Vulcan greeting!!

I can't do the Vulcan hand sign..YET! i want to do it so bad! It's like everyone i know can do it and i CAN'T!!! i taped my finger over night and i still can't get it =(

 I promised myself that if i can make it with the Vulcan hand sign i would watch Star Trek and become a Trekkie. Trekkie wouldn't be complete without the Vulcan hand sign!! (still taping my fingers together HAHA)

Oh and look what i found that is simply illogical for Spock to do.....or maybe not

I love this part of the lyrics, it really inspire me to...well..to not be afraid. There are people out there that are having the same problem as me (maybe), which means i'm not alone, not the only one in the world with a problem. Plus his rapping has been stuck in my head for a whole week. Introduced by one of my bestfriends; Mirza, i realized how much i miss Eminem's music. Now i can't get his song out of my head. Sometime i would laugh at a random time, just because a funny part of a lyric just popped in my head.

Overall, yes, Eminem's music is an inspiration to me, just in a different way. You can understand his message clearly through his music, and wow...they are based on true story. Also, if you readers have been sharp with your ears, Eminem's rapping is getting faster by the years, unbelievable, it's hard to sing-along with him =P  In my opinion, yes, Eminem is by far the best rapper i have ever known.

Blogger Out!

Wow! Ok i haven't updated for awhile now haven't i? Well for one reason i was busy with the School Lock-In Camp last week. About that....it seems that i can't upload the pictures yet, there's an error. Uhh really sorry, but when i do get it good and running i'll upload the pictures and created a story line..maybe =D



Let's see what we missed these days... oh yeah, i'm pratically sick now, well for a week already. Keep coughing when i sleep, urge to puke in the morning, H-uge! headache and ofcourse stuffy nose. The pattern doesn't changes, for the past years, all my worst fever happen in and ONLY in the month of December. Weird. Still not healing from it tho. *Sigh* friends make me happy =)


Revision pay-back, revising everyday now, Bio, English, Geography, Chemistry *sigh* i'm tired, just a few more days, then i'll dedicate the last few days before school to relaxation, gaming and shopping!!


I've got problems these few days, well yeah..i kinda feel people are avoiding me. *sigh* Kinda hurts tho. Well, Sorry if i've done ANYTHING wrong that make you mad at me. Sorry!

I MISS MY FRIENDS BADLY!! I REALLY WANNA TALK TO THEM!!!!! so far this week those i've kept in touch with is Reena, Neena and Rahim. AHAAH they perk me up in my darkest time. Thanks you guys!! Lav you!!! miss you too!! So are the others! miss ya badly , very badly. Evidence: All my dreams for the past days involves all my friends, all of them. I don't wanna wake up from any of the dreams. Somehow i think i can recall my dreams from the past days. Mahn!! it's great! MISS YOU GUYS!


THE SWEETEST CONVO YET!!!! LOVE IT!! GAWD!!!!!! SO SWEET!!

Today we did our normal classes. You know Computer 1st period then MIB..oh MIB we organise our seating like a confrence. Like the UN kinda thingiey. It was so cool but we were not doing the UN instead we did a syair. Girls go against Boys....i'm not sure who won actually coz' teacher didn't say anything...just some encouraging words. Next we have Chem class *shudders* we learnt something about MATTERS. Tcher gave us an experiment but the catch was finishing our work first...so yeah we finished it then we went in the Chem Lab. And did an experiment on DIFUSION (i think i got the spelling wrong...right?) we used a beaker with water and drop a crumb of something permagete?? Chem words are hard to remember. Then the watsoever chem. diffuses with water and gave a "Barney Purple" colour. P.s Tcher showed us a chem that smell like cuetex or marker pen ink. Mmmm...~nice smell~~i'm addicted to it y'all!!
Anyway i want to skip to the afternoon...so0o0o0o0o Abg Ayu lanja us to KFC (kaling football club...hahaha) it was delicious!! ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU THANKYOU ABG AYU!!! Yeahh~ so we were deadly lethal damn bored and decided to play a music quiz game. This game is done in a group. A person is in charge of the song and points are given 1pt answering the singers name and 2pts for the name of the song. It so much fun that some of us when crazy trying to remember the answer ahahaha i fell down after every question i answered. And the wiener is NEENA!! YAY U! Hahaha oh and there's this competion on suggesting words held by the HSBC. We tried so0o0o
many el stupidido words hahaha hopefully one of the words is correct. And if its correct we gonna have $1000!! Now that's money *kachang* $$$$
